Exciting changes are coming for R Marine Perth's service division

Our WA Riviera owners would be familiar with the onboard service arm of R Marine Perth, called The Boatmen.

Today, we farewell a team member – we wish Dylan, our long-standing Boatmen technician, all the best in his future endeavours following his resignation recently.

R Marine Perth will now introduce a premium services, warranty, and care division, for our Riviera vessels. From late August, R Marine Perth will offer more focus and specialised technical services, exclusively for our Riviera owners with our brand.  The ultimate boating experience starts with service.

In a supporting division, The Boatmen will provide limited services for all non-Riviera vessels, as well as brokerage sales for selected vessels (non-Riviera).

The set-up on divisions now separates and aligns scheduling and planning for our focus and priorities, being the exclusive dealer for Riviera Luxury Motor Yachts of Western Australia. This development in our structure now allowing us to build further momentum and support (with priority) to Riviera sales and these specialised services.

With the development of this division soon, we’ll be welcoming our first new team member to our crew, later this month. We’re looking forward to introducing him at our upcoming information evening to be held on the 17th of August at Swan Yacht Club and we are excited to confirm his skills and care for boating will also enhance our Adventure events with plans on the water soon to Geographe Bay and our next big Raft Up, for 2022.

Our new technician has a wealth of on water experience and global onboard vessel expertise and to ensure we support the specialised foundation for our brand, his schedule won’t open for bookings until he’s had some technical training at the Riviera Factory. Following his introduction and factory specialised training, the schedule will be opening from Monday 29th of August for bookings.
